The Grace Path Method
A DEEPER LOOK INTO THE PILLARS THAT GUIDE MY WORK
-
Regulate your nervous system. Understand your patterns. Create safety within yourself.
Transformation begins with awareness.
In this phase, we slow down and reconnect to the body, mind, and intuition. We begin to observe the unconscious thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck in anxiety, overwhelm, self doubt, or emotional reactivity.
Together, we focus on:
Nervous system regulation and somatic healing
Learning to observe thoughts without identifying with them
Limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns
Inner child awareness and emotional healing
Cultivating presence, grounding, and inner peace
Shadow work and emotional integration
This phase is about becoming aware of who you no longer want to be, so you can create space for who you are becoming.
As your nervous system begins to feel safer, your capacity for trust, clarity, and expansion naturally increases. Instead of forcing change, we begin creating transformation from within.
“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation, but your thoughts about it.” - Eckhart Tolle
-
Reconnect to your aligned authentic self and deepen self knowing.
This phase is centered around self discovery, self love, and remembering who you are beneath any conditioning and fear.
We may use tools such as:
Journaling and reflective practices
Studying yourself
Meditation and walking meditation
Somatic awareness exercises
Astrology and human design as self awareness tools
Daily self concept and self love practices
This phase is about reconnecting with your intuition, honoring your individuality, and building a deeper relationship with yourself. Remembering your divine blueprint.
The more deeply you know yourself, the more confidently you can move through life as your authentic self.
-
Embody the version of yourself you are becoming.
In this phase, we begin shifting from healing into embodiment.
Together, we focus on aligning your daily actions, mindset, habits, and energy with the life you are creating.
This includes:
Practicing new beliefs and ways of being
Showing up for yourself consistently, even when it feels unfamiliar
Moving through fear without reverting to old patterns
Creating from alignment rather than force
Strengthening trust in yourself and your vision
Expanding your capacity to receive love, abundance, peace, and fulfillment
Real transformation happens through awareness, embodiment, and nervous system change. Through neuroplasticity, your brain naturally rewires itself based on how you think, feel, and show up. Each time you choose a new thought, action, or response, you reinforce a brand new identity.
Your desires are not random. They often point toward the experiences, feelings, and expansion you are ready to grow into.
-
True transformation is not only mental or spiritual, it is embodied. And embodiment often requires a supported system.
In our work together, when aligned and appropriate, we may explore aspects of your overall wellbeing, including:
Sleep, lifestyle, and daily regulation practices
Energy, stress, burnout, and emotional–physical connection
Digestion awareness and supportive nutrition habits
Hormonal cycle awareness and body rhythm tracking
This is not medical treatment or diagnosis. Rather, it is a holistic, supportive lens that helps you understand how your body, emotions, and daily habits influence one another. Helping to create a more grounded, attuned, and regulated state of being.
About me
I’m Zola Grace, a certified somatic and health coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how we grow, heal, and expand into our most aligned selves through intention, self reflection, and joy.
Spirituality has been a sacred and grounding part of my life for nearly a decade, shaping the way I see transformation—not as something we force, but something we return to and embody. I believe in the natural unfolding of our paths when we lean into trusting ourselves and the universe.
I help women become aware of their old patterns, regulate their nervous system, reconnect to themselves, and embody a version of themselves that feels deeply aligned. My work blends somatics, mindset work, self love, spirituality, and holistic wellness practices to support real, embodied change.
I also deeply value the connection between emotional wellbeing and physical health, and often incorporate supportive conversations around lifestyle, nervous system health, hormones, gut health, and daily wellness habits as part of a holistic approach to healing and self connection.
At the core of everything I do is this belief: your ability to change is already within you. Our brains have this incredible thing called neuroplasticity, which means you can literally rewire your brain and transform. You can and will step into your dream self and reality, the door is just waiting to be opened...
Self love begins with self knowing. The deeper you understand yourself, the more naturally you can love and accept who you are. In our work together, we move through foundational phases of transformation that support you in coming home to yourself—through mind, body, and spirit.
